Terms of Service
These terms apply to all services provided by SOFTAE. Questions: contact@softae.co.
1. Services
SOFTAE provides custom software development, hosted business applications and web development services. Scope, deliverables and timelines are defined per project in a written proposal.
2. Design & Architecture Fee
Bespoke projects begin with a initial design & project architecture fee of AED 300 plus applicable VAT. This fee covers real planning labor and is not refundable once the design phase has started.
3. Licenses & Subscriptions
Hosted software is provided under an annual license or subscription as stated in your proposal. Licenses include hosting, security updates and standard support. Non-payment may result in suspension of access after written notice.
4. Orders & Invoices
Orders submitted through this website are confirmed by our team before an invoice is issued. Prices are shown in the stated currency and are exclusive of VAT unless indicated. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
5. Customer Data
You retain full ownership of your business data. SOFTAE acts as a technical custodian and accesses your data only as described in our Privacy Policy and Service Level Agreement.
6. Support
Support is provided through the customer portal, email and WhatsApp during business hours (UAE time), with response targets defined in your SLA.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SOFTAE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of its services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
